Air Fried Calzone

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 pizza dough

4 oz cheddar cheese, grated

1 oz mozzarella cheese

1 oz bacon, diced

2 cups cooked and shredded turkey

1 egg, beaten

4 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp basil

1 tsp oregano

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 350 F. Divides the pizza dough into 4 equal pieces so you have the dough for 4 small pizza crusts. Combine the tomato paste, basil, and oregano in a small bowl. Brush the mixture onto the crusts, just make sure not to go all the way and avoid brushing near the edges on one half of each crust. Place ½ of turkey and season with some salt and pepper. Top with bacon. Divide mozzarella and cheddar cheeses between pizzas. Brush the edges with beaten egg. Fold the crust and seal with a fork. Cook for 10-12 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Sweet Potato Boats

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

4 sweet potatoes, baked, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

1 shallot, chopped

1 cup canned mixed beans

¼ cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 30 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 400 F. Grease a baking dish with the olive oil. Scoop out the flesh from potatoes, so shells are formed. Chop the potato flesh and put it in a bowl. Add in shallot, mixed beans, salt, and pepper; mix to combine. Fill the potato shells with the mixture and top with the cheese. Arrange on the baking dish. Place in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes. Serve.

Beef Bulgogi

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced

½ cup sliced mushrooms

5 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 garlic cloves, minced

4 diced green onions

2 tbsp sesame seeds

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes + marinating time)

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic cloves, green onions, salt, and pepper. Add in beef slices and mix to coat. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour. Preheat air fryer to 350 F. Transfer the beef to a baking dish and stir in the mushroom. Cook in the air fryer for 14-16 minutes, shaking once until nice and tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

Chipotle Steak with Avocado-Lime Salsa

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 ½ lb rib-eye steak

2 tsp olive oil

1 tbsp chipotle chili pepper

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 avocado, diced Juice from

½ lime

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes + marinating time)

Place steak on a chopping board. Pour olive oil over and sprinkle with chipotle pepper, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to rub the spices on the meat. Leave it to sit and marinate for 10 minutes. Preheat air fryer to 400 F. Pull out the fryer basket and place the meat inside. Cook for 10 minutes. Turn the steak and continue cooking for 6 minutes. Remove the steak, cover with foil, and let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing. Mash avocado in a bowl and mix in with lime juice. Serve with the sliced beef.

Panko Beef Schnitzel

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

1 thin beef cutlet

1 egg, beaten

2 oz breadcrumbs

¼ tsp paprika

¼ tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 350 F. Combine breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Dip the beef in the beaten egg first, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Place in greased air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, turning once halfway through. Serve.

Simple Rib Eye Steak

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

2 lb rib-eye steak

1 tbsp steak rub

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 400 F. In a bowl, combine rub, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub the steak with the seasoning and place in the air fryer to cook for 10 minutes. Flip the steak over and cook for 7 more minutes. Serve hot with roasted potatoes.
