French Toast with Vanilla Filling

INGREDIENTS (3 Servings)

6 slices white bread

2 eggs

¼ cup heavy cream

⅓ cup sugar mixed with

1 tsp ground cinnamon

6 tbsp caramel

1 tsp vanilla extract

Cooking spray

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 15 minutes)

In a bowl, whisk eggs, and heavy cream. Dip each piece of bread into the creamy eggs. Roll the bread into the sugar and cinnamon mixture until well-coated. On a clean board, lay the coated slices and spread three of the slices with about 2 tbsp of caramel each, around the center. Place the remaining three slices on top to form three sandwiches. Spray the air fryer basket with some oil. Arrange the sandwiches into the fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 340 F, turning once.

Grilled Tofu Sandwich

INGREDIENTS (1 Serving)

2 slices of bread

1 1-inch thick Tofu slice

¼ cup red cabbage, shredded

2 tsp olive oil

¼ tsp vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 350 F, add in the bread slices, and toast for 3 minutes; set aside. Brush the tofu with some olive oil and place in the air fryer; grill for 5 minutes on each side. Combine the cabbage, the remaining olive oil, and vinegar, and season with salt. Place the tofu on top of one bread slice, place the cabbage over, and top with the other bread slice. Serve.

Roasted Pork Chops with Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 pound boneless pork chops

2 carrots, cut into sticks

1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 360 F. Season the pork with cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. In a bowl, combine carrots, olive oil, mushrooms, and salt. Place the veggies in the greased air fryer basket. Top with pork chops and cook for 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.

Baby Back Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cayenne pepper

1 rack baby back pork ribs, cut into individual pieces

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp pomegranate molasses

½ tsp oregano

½ cup barbecue sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 scallions, chopped

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes + marinating time)

In a bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, pomegranate molasses, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add in the ribs and toss to coat. Cover and let in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat air fryer to 360 F. Spray ribs with cooking spray and place in the fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Drizzle with barbecue sauce, scatter scallions over, and serve.

Keto Crispy Pork Chops

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

4 boneless pork chops

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup tbsp crushed pork rinds

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp onion powder

1 tsp paprika

2 eggs

4 small slices cold butter

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat the Air fryer to 390 F. In a bowl, combine pork rinds, garlic and onion powders, paprika, salt, and pepper and mix well. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with salt. Dip the pork first in the eggs and then coat with the pork rind mixture. Spray with cooking spray and place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping once halfway through. Remove to a serving plate and top with butter slices to serve.
