Rosemary Potato Chips


INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 lb potatoes, cut into thin slices

¼ cup olive oil

1 tbsp garlic paste

½ cup cream

2 tbsp rosemary, chopped

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes + marinating time)

Preheat your air fryer to 390 F. In a bowl, add olive oil, garlic paste, and salt and mix to form a marinade. Add in potatoes and allow sitting for 30 minutes. Lay the potato slices onto your fryer’s basket and cook for 20 minutes. After 10 minutes, give the chips a turn, sprinkle with rosemary and continue cooking. Serve warm.

Pumpkin Wedges

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 lb pumpkin, washed and cut into wedges

1 tbsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lime, juiced

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tsp turmeric

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 400 F. Add the pumpkin wedges in the greased fryer’s basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping once. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, turmeric, salt, pepper, and paprika. Drizzle the dressing over the pumpkin and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve warm.

Rosemary Garlic Prawns

INGREDIENTS (2 Servings)

8 large prawns

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 rosemary sprig, chopped

1 tbsp melted butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 15 minutes + marinating time)

Combine garlic, butter, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add the prawns to the bowl and mix to coat them well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for one hour. Preheat air fryer to 350 F, and cook the prawns for 6 minutes. Increase the temperature to 390 F and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve.

Mango Shrimp Skewers

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

20 small-sized shrimps, peeled and deveined

2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dry mango powder

2 tbsp fresh lime juice

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 25 minutes)

In a bowl, mix garlic powder, mango powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and allow to marinate for 10 minutes. Then drizzle with olive oil. Preheat air fryer to 390 F. Transfer the marinated shrimp to the frying basket and cook for 5 minutes. Slide the basket out and shake the shrimp; return and cook for 5 minutes. Let cool a bit and serve.

Herbed Garlic Lobster

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

4 oz lobster tails, halved

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

½ tbsp lemon Juice

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 15 minutes)

Blend all the ingredients, except for shrimp, in a food processor. Clean the skin of the lobster and cover with the mixture. Preheat air fryer to 380 F. Place the lobster in the air fryer’s basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking once halfway through. Serve with fresh herbs.

Louisiana-Style Shrimp

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 egg, beaten

1 cup flour

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 lemon, cut into wedges

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 14 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 390 F. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with cajun seasoning. In a third bowl, pour the flour. Dip the shrimp in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture. Spray with cooking spray and place in the greased cooking basket. Cook for 4 minutes, slide out the fryer basket and flip; cook for 4 more minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
