Sausage Frittata with Parmesan

INGREDIENTS (2 Servings)

1 sausage, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

4 eggs 1 tbsp olive oil

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, shredded

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 15 minutes)

Preheat your air fryer to 360 F. Place tomatoes and sausages in the air fryer’s basket and cook for 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix baked tomatoes, sausages, eggs, salt, parsley, Parmesan cheese, oil, and pepper. Add the bread to a greased baking pan and cook for 8 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Rosemary Crispy Potatoes

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 pound potatoes, halved

2 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, grated

1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 35 minutes)

In a bowl, mix potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper, until they are well-coated. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer and cook on 360 F for 20 minutes, shaking once during the cooking until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Serve warm.

Beef with Broccoli

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 pound circular beef steak, cut into strips

1 broccoli head, cut into florets

⅓ cup oyster sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

⅓ cup sherry

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp white sugar

1 tsp cornstarch

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, minced

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

In a bowl, mix cornstarch, sherry, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, beef, garlic, olive oil, and ginger. Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes at 390 F, shaking once halfway through.

Boeuf Stroganoff

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced

4 tbsp butter, melted

1 whole onion, chopped

1 cup sour cream

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

2 cups beef broth

2 cups cooked egg noodles

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 30 minutes)

Preheat air fryer to 400 F. In a bowl, mix the butter, mushrooms, sour cream, onion, and beef broth. Pour the mixture over the steak and set aside for 10 minutes. Place the marinated beef in a baking dish and cook in the air fryer for 14 minutes, shaking once halfway through. Serve with cooked noodles.

Air Fried Pigs in Blanket

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

12 oz beef cocktail franks

8 oz can crescent rolls

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Cut the dough in 1 by 1.5-inch rectangles. Gently roll the franks in the strips, making sure the ends are visible. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 390 F and place the strips in the greased basket to cook for 10 minutes. Serve.

Original Rib Eye Steak

INGREDIENTS (4 Servings)

2 pounds rib-eye steak

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS (Prep + Cook Time: 20 minutes)

Preheat fryer to 380 F. Rubs all sides of the steak with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 14-16 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
